National Fish and Oyster is a third generation
shellfish company located in Olympia Washington. Our
processing plant and growing beds are located at Nisqually
under the watchful eye of Mount Rainier, where we employ over
25 full time and seasonal employees. We have been commercially
farming over 300 acres of shellfish beds here near the mouth
of the Nisqually River since 1939. Today we raise Pacific
oysters, as well as Manila clams and geoduck.
